CCC Pathways® Connection Monitor™
CCC Pathways® Connection Monitor™ is a wireless application that helps increase appraiser productivity and decrease cycle time with real-time access, automatic assignment download, retrieval and notification. The Connection Monitor application is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) alternative for existing Pathways® Wireless Direct and CCC Connect™ customers. Note: This is available for an additional fee.
Features:
- Real-Time Access—Appraisers can access the CCC EZNet®* communication network while out in the field.
- Automatic assignment download, retrieval and notification —Automatically polls for new assignments and sends them to appraisers. Appraisers also receive associated assignment notes and recycled parts data from one or more EZNet mailbox into CCC Pathways® Appraisal Solution.
- VPN Options—Choose to utilize your VPN or the CCC VPN.
- Hardware/Software/Network Independent—When utilizing the CCC VPN, most wireless air cards and network types are compatible with the Connection Monitor application– there is no customization required for new air cards.
- Automatic Reconnection—If the connection is lost when utilizing the CCC VPN, the application automatically begins the reconnection process without user interaction.
- Split Tunneling—When utilizing the CCC VPN, users can access other Internet and Intranet sites while using Connection Monitor
- Optional Access to Recycled Parts Information—Users may access CCC’s Recycled Parts Services (an optional CCC Pathways feature), to find recycled parts.
