Chicago – July 14, 2009 - Senior leaders from the Automotive Services and Analyst Group at CCC Information Services Inc., will be providing insight into the challenges and opportunities facing repairers and insurers and discussing technology’s impact on the industry as part of CCC’s “Vision for the Road Ahead.”™ The presentation is part of the Collision Repair Executive Webcast (CREW) series, and will air at 11a.m. PST Thursday, July 23rd, 2009.
CCC presenters include General Manager and Senior Vice President of the Automotive Services Group Jim Dickens, Lead Industry Analyst/Director Susanna Gotsch, and Automotive Services Group Market Solutions Vice President Mark Fincher. Dickens will provide a CCC business overview and other corporate drivers in 2009, followed by Gotsch’s analysis of the conditions shaping the auto-physical damage industry. Fincher will close out the presentation by discussing how the company’s recent collaborative efforts are converging to create a new industry experience.
CREW is produced and presented by Fix Auto, Symphony Advisors and The Romans Group. The CREW Webcast is designed to provide collision repair, automobile insurance and the auto physical damage aftermarket industry professionals with high-level, topical information about rapidly changing trends and dynamics within these industries. The delivery format includes a web-based visual presentation of the content, a simultaneous audio conference call and a capability for the participants to question the presenters.
