The new space will house approximately 100 employees in 26,150 square feet. The deal was brokered by Nathan Piehl and Brett Racanelli at UGL Equis of Los Angeles.

Headed by Dave Boden, the Cerritos facility is a microcosm of nearly all departments within CCC and includes employees in Technology, Product Management, Product Development, Automotive and Insurance Sales and Service Operations.
