As a smaller independent repair shop in Great Falls, Montana, 1St Avenue Auto Body was looking for something that would help organize the information coming into their expanding business. “We didn’t have any type of management system in place before we started using CCC ONE,” said 1st Avenue co-owner Evelyn LaMott, who runs the business with her husband Ken. “We have steadily grown every year and could see a real benefit in having real-time reporting from every phase of the business.”
